Gyeonggi Province Migrant Women Counseling Center
The Gyeonggi Province Migrant Women's Counseling Center works for migrant women and their families who have suffered violence, regardless of their residency status.
Activities
-Counseling and legal assistance for victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and sex trafficking
-Counseling and support for victims seeking extensions of stay, permanent residency, and naturalization
-Emergency medical assistance
-Connection to emergency shelters
-Free lawyer consultations and connections
-Interpretation and translation services for consultations
-Education to prevent violence
-Information necessary for self-reliance and settlement
-Legal administrative support (documentation)
-Accompanying victims of violence to courts, police stations, immigration offices, and other
Consultation Languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Filipino, Laotian, Uzbek, Spanish, English, Korean
(Consultation in other languages is available upon reservation.)
